It was my first time to work professionally with Carrie. I am totally impressed and a fan of her professional style. The conversation REALLY impressed me.

My trusted conveyancer, also had a similar experience where Carrie had to hurry him along and it left a strong, positive impression on him too - he even told my JV partners!

In getting finance for my recent purchase, there were multiple times where we had to respond to things very quickly. In these times, if I called Carrie, and she was unable to answer the phone, I got a txt msg, saying that she will call me back in xx minutes. I really appreciated this attentive communication.

Carrie was also incredibly proactive - i was fully expecting to do the work myself. But she said she will chase up my accountant and conveyancer and fulfil any requirements.

I told her that they won't answer to her and she said she does it all the time! I tried to give her the contact details but she said she'll pull it out from my file. All in all, whenever I asked for something from Carrie, I could trust that it would be done and done fast. Another thing I value highly from my consultants is being updated regularly - and she did this brilliantly. I felt in very good hands.
